We are truly blessed to be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. As we look forward to celebrating our next 25 years together, we will renew our vows and take a second honeymoon. We are so excited to share our special day with you! Many of our friends and family have already asked about honoring us with gifts. After 25 years of marriage we figured we do not need anymore gifts so we have created a celebration gift registry to help with our marvelous anniversary river cruise.Your gift towards our cruise will provide us with so many sentimental memories and we will cherish those forever!

Itinerary Amsterdam to Budapest

Arrive In Amsterdam, Holland – Embarkation
We will begin our amazing two week cruise in Amsterdam with an overnight stay on the ship. In the morning, we will admire beautiful 17th-century homes on a guided canal boat tour and also enjoy a motor coach tour of Amsterdam, including a photo stop at the Rembrandt Windmill before we shove off and begin cruising toward Germany.

Cologne, Germany - Koblenz
When we arrive in Cologne we will be treated to a guided morning walking tour through the old part of the city.

Koblenz - Rudesheim
We will sail through the fascinating Rhine Gorge, passing castle after castle and the infamous Lorelei Rock. After lunch we'll be transported by a mini train from Rudesheim to Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum.

Miltenburg, Wertheim
We will dock in Miltenberg for a walking tour of this delightful old Franconian town. During lunch, the ship cruises to Freudenberg where a motor coach tour will take us to Wertheim to explore.

Wurzburg
We'll tour the major sights including a visit to the magnificent Residenz Palace. We can enjoy an optional tour along the Romantic Road to medieval Rothenburg before cruising to Bamberg.

Bamberg
We'll explore the medieval gem of Bamberg via a guided walking tour.

Nuremberg
We will be able to tour either the medieval history of Nuremberg or join the "modern tour" of the city's role in the 20th-century. At lunchtime, we'll return to the ship and continue to the highest point of our cruise - 1,332 feet above sea level. We then start descending through stair-step locks past the Bavarian town of Dietfurt.

Regensburg
A guided morning tour will show us the city's architectural highlights and we'll have the afternoon free to shop or relax along the Danube.

Passau - Linz, Austria
We'll explore the picturesque Passau on a walking tour, or we may decide to join the optional excursion to Salzburg, birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Melk - Durnstein - Weissenkirchen
Our ship cruises through the narrow Strudengau to the Wachau Valley. On the way, we'll enjoy a guided tour of Melk's magnificent Benedictine Abbey. From there, we'll continue on a short cruise to Durnstein for a quaint walking tour. After lunch, we'll take a scenic cruise through the lovely Wachau Valley to the town of Weissenkirchen for some wine-tasting!

Weissenkirchen - Vienna
We will explore via a guided city tour followed by free time in the city center, then a walking tour from St. Stephen's Cathedral to the Naschmarkt. On the ship we'll enjoy an evening Mozart and Strauss concert.

Vienna - Bratislava, Slovakia
We will have a morning of scenic cruising to Bratislava followed by a walking tour of Bratislava. We will have plenty of time to shop and explore on our own.

Budapest, Hungary
Our final morning will begin with a tour that features the distinctive Fisherman's Bastion. An optional Baths and Liberty Monument excursion will take us to a panoramic view point above Budapest. Our ship will sail a special "Illuminations Cruise" past the illuminated river front of Budapest; a beautiful way to celebrate our last night on the cruise ship.
