Itinerary Bulgaria to Budapest

Plovdiv-Veliko Tarnavo-Rousse (Embark The Ship)
Our exciting seven night cruise begins in Plovdiv. Our first stop is the ancient capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Turnavo. Here, we will tour Tsarevets Hill, the old citadel of the city. Before continuing on to Rouse to embark our ship, we will have a delicious traditional Bulgarian lunch in a local restaurant.

Giurgiu - Bucharest, Romania
We have a full day excursion to Bucharest, the capital and largest city in Romania. During the morning city tour we will see the Arch of Triumph, the Soseaua Kiseleff, the Athenaeum and Library, and visit the Parliament Palace.

Vidin, Bulgaria
We will have a leisurely day of cruising and enjoying the Danube, arriving in the late afternoon in Vidin.

Cruising - Iron Gates
Today is a full day of cruising through one of Europe's most awe-inspiring natural wonders, the Iron Gates. Forming the natural border between Serbia and Romania, today's passage will be an unforgettable highlight of our Black Sea adventure.

Belgrade, Serbia
We wake up in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Our guided tour features Tito's memorial, the Town Hall, the Federal Parliament Building, and the mighty Kalemegdan Fortress.

Novi Sad –Vukovar, Croatia
When we arrive in Novi Sad we will see the 18th-century Austrian-Hungarian Petrovaradin Fortress. After our city tour, we will continue to Vukovar, Croatia to spend the rest of our day.

Mohacs – Pecs, Hungary
This morning the ship arrives in Mohacs, where we depart for the excursion to Pecs. Upon arrival, there is a walking tour during which we will see the Synagogue and visit the former Turkish Mosque and Christian Basilica.

Budapest
We will disembark the ship for a tour of Budapest. Our tour includes historic Buda Castle, where we have a splendid view of the twin cities of Buda and Pest spread over both banks of the river. Then we will enjoy a sightseeing tour to Puszta. Upon arrival, we will be met by horse-herds and greeted with warm hospitality. A wonderful way to end our cruise!

This wonderful celebration cruise also includes three nights in Vienna. We'll enjoy a city tour that takes us around the Burgring, the circular road around Vienna's historic center. We will also enjoy a walking tour through Vienna's old town, an UNESCO World Heritage site, visiting the Opera House, Hofburg Palace, Parliament, Vienna University, Kartnerstrasse and Sacher Hotel. We'll then be transferred to Budapest to embark on our ship and enjoy our cruise. With your wonderful gift we can enjoy all that Vienna has to offer.

Istanbul Three Days and Nights Exploring

This wonderful celebration cruise also includes three nights in Istanbul. A guided tour will take us through Istanbul's old city, with its numerous Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman monuments of its historic past. We'll visit the city's defensive walls, the Roman aqueduct and the hippodrome as well as the Galata Tower and the Blue Mosque. We'll also enjoy a guided sightseeing tour that will take us to the Ottoman Sultans' Grand Palace of Topkapi, home to every single Sultan from the 15th-century until the end of the 19th-century. During the tour, we'll admire the private chambers of the Sultans, marvel at the world famous Harem and also see the treasury, home to the Topkapi Diamond. We'll follow the tour with a Bosporus cruise and visit to the Spice Bazaar! With your wonderful gift we can enjoy all that Istanbul has to offer.
